Application process

Contact department to request an application. Complete/submit an application online. Applicants will be contacted within one week to confirm eligibility for the service.

Fees

Free; Any CCPL library item that is not returned more than 21 days after its due date will be considered a 'lost' item, and the cardholder will be charged a replacement fee. However, that fee will be waived when the item is returned.
