The routine services for all residents of Emeritus At HillenVale include: A private single suite 24 hour security and monitoring Paid utiilities (gas, electric, water, and basic cable service) Three daily meals and snacks Activities, social functions Full laundry, housekeeping services, and suite maintenance Private suites with carpet, full bath, kitchenette, individual heat and air conditioning controls, window treatments, a personal wall safe, and cable TV.
