Open to anyone who has difficulty communicating due to temporary or permanent conditions such as neurological diseases, injuries, or congenital disorders.

Provides a wide range of services to clients who are unable to use oral speech and/or writing to meet their communication needs. Includes evaluation, consultation, a loaner bank of communication devices, training, and ongoing support.

Cleveland Hearing And Speech Center

Provides education, rehabilitation, and support for those with special communication needs. Includes speech-language pathology, audiology and services and a Community Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing as well as early intervention for babies with hearing loss. Offers sign language classes, assistance to stutterers, hearing screening and evaluation, hearing aids, and other assistive listening devices and technology to enhance communication.
