If approved for the program, an inspection will be scheduled to determine the presence of bed bugs and the extermination method required. Note: there is not a solid time frame - completion of service is dependent on several factors and will be different for each client. Renters in apartment buildings should check their lease to see if pest control is covered by their lease (refer to taxonomy term LANDLORD/TENANT DISPUTE RESOLUTION). The City of Cleveland offers a similar bed bug program (with slightly different qualifications) through the Department of Aging; Cleveland residents who qualify for that program will be referred to Cleveland Department of Aging.
