Assists clients with immigration legal services. Available services include but are not limited to the following petitions and filings: work authorization, green card, family-based sponsorship, adjustment of status, family reunification, asylum, naturalization and citizenship, request for evidence, VAWA, T-Visa, refugee adjustments, TPS, DACA, and fiance visa.
***Legal assistance for court cases is not offered at this time
*Monthly clinics are offered for residents of Central Ohio from Ukraine, Haiti, and refugees applying for lawful permanent status, DACA Renewals, and Refugee Adjustment. Go online for details and dates.
