Aging And Disability Resource Center (adrc) | United Way Services Of Geauga County
Consults with older adults and adults with disabilities about their needs and preferences and then screens for a wide range of appropriate government benefits and other community services that they may be eligible for. Will assist the consumer with gathering any necessary documents and will guide them through applications process (including assistance with filling out forms) as needed. Agency provides follow-up with the client. Goal is to minimize the number of calls and contacts the consumer has to make, and encourage the use of the least costly and least restrictive services.
