Description

Provides housing assistance for those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING: Provides long-term housing assistance for participants who are homeless and have at least one family member with a verified disability and are able to live independently. Services are also available for victims of domestic violence. RAPID REHOUSING: Provides short-term housing aid for clients who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless and are in need of temporary housing.
