Provides housing assistance for those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING Provides long-term housing assistance for participants who are homeless and have at least one family member with a verified disability and are able to live independently. Services are also available for victims of domestic violence. RAPID REHOUSING: Provides short-term housing aid for clients who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless and are in need of temporary housing.

Eligibility

Individuals who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Participants must be able to find a housing unit with a fair-market rent and a landlord willing to work with the program, and pay 30% of their gross income towards rent.
