The head of household or the spouse of the head of household must be a veteran that was discharged with anything other than dishonorable status. Must be at or under 50% of median income. Must lack a fixed, regular and adequate night time residence, or reside in a public or privately operated emergency shelter and has no subsequent residence identified and lack the resources needed to obtain other permanent housing.

Veterans and their families will be required to fill out intake paperwork, and provide proof of income, SS cards, and the veteran's DD214.

Designed to provide Rapid Re-housing and Homelessness Prevention for Veterans. This program is designed to end Veteran homelessness. This program works by providing homeless veterans or those at risk of homelessness with intense case management and financial assistance if needed.
