Provides assistance with the purchase and repair of major appliances (such as furnace, stove, or refrigerator), furniture, and assistance with home repairs (such as structure, plumbing, water supply, sewage, electric and heating systems). Maximum payment in a 12 month period is $1,500 (which counts against an overall $1,500 cap on all PRC services in a 12 month period).

- Serves Carroll County households with at least one child under the age of 18 (or through 19 if the child is still in high school), pregnant individuals (from conception to delivery), and (in certain cases) the non-custodial parent. - Family's household income must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. - At least one member of the family must be a United States citizen or qualified alien. - Need must threaten the health, safety, or decent living arrangement of the household.
