Call for information. If someone is too ill to call on their own behalf, they may request that someone else call for them. However, services are only available to individuals who desire services for themselves.

Case management services include, but are not limited to, assistance with budgeting, nutrition, completion of OHDAP applications to receive assistance with medications, co-payments, and insurance premiums, and information and referrals to agencies in the community who can help HIV infected clients and their families reach stabilization and self-sufficiency.
