SOCIAL SUPPORT - USS CARING SERVICES | UNITED SENIOR SERVICES
The Social Support Program is designed to provide consistent support and encouragement for people who are isolated and need assistance of staff and volunteers to socialize with peers and to offer respite for their caregivers. A network of support is offered to those with mobility issues or cognitive challenges with the goal of supporting independence. Referrals are accepted through the local healthcare systems, family or self referrals.

United Senior Services mission is to enhance the lives of Clark County older adults by offering quality services that promote general well being, socialization and independent living. USS encourages participants to be active, involved and independent. In-home services, such as meals, transportation, homemakers, respite care, and personal care aides, are available to all eligible Clark County senior citizens regardless of membership. Community services such as income tax preparation, Medicare open enrollment and health education also do not require membership. Fitness, social and recreational activities at our centers are for people who are 55 or better and a member of USS. Annual membership fee is $15 for Clark County residents.
