Application process
Walk in. * Customers needing assitance with setting up their device can schedule a free, one-on-one in-person, Zoom or Google Meet session with a member of our Learning Lab team (Main Library). To set up an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance by calling 419-521-3146 or emailing [email protected]. * PCs for People Pop Up Shop event at the Main Library Community Room offers registration at https://www.mrcpl.org/services/pc4p/.

Eligibility
Must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, be currently enrolled in an income-based government assistance program, or be at or below 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) level.
