Serves United States residents and companion animals (dogs, cats, horses, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs and more)who reside in the United States with annual household incomes of less than $50,000. Assists with one animal per household. One financial grant in a lifetime per household. Animal must have a life-threatening injury or illness that requires urgent and specific treatment. Animal must be spayed or neutered or have plans to do this in the near future. Payments will not cover diabetes diagnoses or chemotherapy. Grants do not cover office exams or diagnostic testing.

Application is online only. Must have a diagnosis and treatment plan from a veterinarian. Applicant must attempt to find funding through their own means, personal contacts, and other assistance programs. Before submitting an application, notify the veterinary office that the applicant is seeking financial assistance and give them permission to release information to the organization.Applications will be answered within one to two business days of submitting application. If a grant is awarded, the recipient must be willing to provide updates and photos to the organization. May email or call with questions. Time zone is three hours earlier than Cleveland.
