Eligibility

Must be a Cleveland resident. Household must be at 200% or less of federal poverty level, HWAP Eligible and/or LIHEAP Eligible per State of Ohio Standards. All homes must be occupied by low-income homeowners only. (Rental properties are not eligible for plumbing repair services but they can receive water kits)
