Utility Service Payment Assistance (HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM-HEAP) | Adams Brown Community Action Partnership
Offers a heating bill credit to eligible households through the Home Energy Assistance Program, also known as HEAP, one time per year. Assistance is applied directly to the bill for a household's primary heating source. Applications are accepted between July 1st and May 31st.
