Open to renters and property owners with a household income at or below 200% FPL. Priority is given to applicants who are older than age of 60, those with disabilities, those with children in the home, and households with a high energy usage and/or burden.

Provides weatherization services and supplies to help households improve the energy efficiency of their homes and protect them from the elements. Assistance provided may include an energy audit, furnace cleaning and tuning, installation of weatherization materials, compact fluorescent light bulbs, a health and safety check of all combustion appliances in the home, and energy education tips.
