Agency staff answer legal questions regarding employment and unemployment benefits offered by state and federal governments during the COVID 19 outbreak, laws regarding compensation, additional benefits available due to the pandemic, and rights on the job. Callers who need legal assistance may be referred to the organization's intake line.
