Referral to program. Families can refer themselves directly by calling (937)733-1490 or referrals can come from schools, juvenile court, mental health, or any other service agency/entity.

Wraparound is a planning process which draws upon the strengths and resources of several to embrace individual needs embrace individual needs and surround families with the support to help maintain children and youth in their homes and communities. It is a free, and voluntary, service to any Preble County family that needs assistance navigating multiple agencies and resources to meet the needs of their child.
