Older Adult Transportation Services | Country Neighbor Program

Offers transportation to and from Country Neighbor, medical appointments, recreational activities, social service agency visits, and limited shopping for residents 60 years old and older in southern Ashtabula. COVID-19 Temporary Message: Country Neighbor will temporarily suspend the congregate meal service in our dining rooms and programming activities in both Andover and Orwell effective Monday, March 16, 2020 through Friday, April 3, 2020 due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic. The offices will remain open for other services. Country Neighbor meal site attendees are being notified of the suspension and will be offered the opportunity of receiving home delivered meals during this period. All Country Neighbor staff will continue to take health and safety precautions including sanitizing and disinfecting vehicle services, washing and sanitizing hands and other measures to reduce risk of disease transmission.
