Transitional Living Program | Huckleberry House
Helps homeless teens learn how to live safely and successfully in the community. Youth are assigned a Community Support Provider, Independent Living Mentor, and Counselor who assist youth to reach their goals. The Transitional Living Team teaches independent living skills while providing mental health support and secure living arrangements.
