Application process

Clinic is closed during term breaks. For screening services, walk in Tu: 2:00-5:00pm. For physical or occupational therapy, call any time to make an appointment by leaving a message.

Fees

Nutrition education is free. Fixed nominal fee for assessment including screenings. Separate fee for treatment.
