Hours vary according to the wish that is being fulfilled. Office hours - M-F: 8:00am-5:00pm.

Check website md.wish.org for application. If referral is NOT by child's parent (physician, or an interested other such as a neighbor, teacher, friend or child), agency must speak to the child's parent before scheduling service. Organization coordinates a volunteer "wish team" that meets with a family to determine the child's wish. The "wish team" presents the request to the board of directors for approval.

Ages 2-1/2 through 21 (must be referred by age 18 and grants can be fulfilled up to age 21), who have been diagnosed with a qualifying critical illness. Each regional office has its own service area.
