Eligibility

Income level at or below 145% of the federal poverty level (FPL). If the child is disabled, then the income must be at or below 150% of the FPL. On-going eligibility may be maintained if the family's gross monthly income is at or below 300% of the federal poverty level. Caregiver must live in Lucas County and must be one of the following: Employed; Enrolled in an undergraduate program (associate or bachelor's degree); or Receiving education necessary to maintain employment, certification, or licensure.
