Early Intervention Program | Pickaway County Board Of Developmental Disabilities

Early Intervention staff work with parents and families to promote their child's development and participation in everyday activities that are important to them. Services are provided in natural environments, primarily the home. Services are family centered and based on the strengths and needs of the individual child and family.

Eligibility

Children under the age of three must have a delay in one area of development (cognition, adaptive, gross motor, communication, social-emotional) or have medical or mental diagnosis that puts them at significant risk of developing a delay. A need for service must be determined.
