Actions filed include, but may not be limited to, civil actions, divorce complaints, annulment complaints, dissolution petitions, legal separations, child custody, child support, foreclosure complaints, quiet title, and appeals. Individuals generally contact the police department when wanting to file criminal charges. Agency does not provide legal advice or forms for filing.
