The agency's services are for Post-9/11 veterans and current service members suffering from post-traumatic stress as a result of their military service. However, information and referral is provided to all veterans, their friends, and familiy regardless of time served.
Discharge document (DD-214), other required documents vary based on service requested.

Description

Provides mental health support services to wounded veterans via group activities, online mental health screening/support and one to one peer mentoring. Restore Veterans offers veterans online mental health screening and support tools such as self-help guides and online videos of other veterans sharing their personal experiences. One to one peer support is also available and all peer mentors are alumni of the Wounded Warrior program and are certified by Wounded Warrior to perform their duties.
