Eligibility

Open to Kentucky residents age 21 and older who:

Own or rent a home that provides a safe physical environment
Have no serious criminal convictions
Are in good physical and mental health
Have been married for at least two years (if married)

Application process

Submit online inquiry form or contact by phone to express interest in becoming a foster parent/family. Potential foster parents/families must also attend an orientation meeting, submit an application, fulfill training requirements, and participate in a home study.
