Open to Kentucky residents age 21 and older who:
- Own or rent a home that provides a safe physical environment
- Have no serious criminal convictions
- Are in good physical and mental health
- Have been married for at least two years (if married)

Submit online inquiry form or contact by phone to express interest in becoming a foster parent/family. Potential foster parents/families must also attend an orientation meeting, submit an application, fulfill training requirements, and participate in a home study.
