Provides pre-home purchase workshops and counseling for those considering a home purchase. Program is geared toward those who are just beginning the home buying process. Provides information with such things as: budgeting, credit, the home buying process, mortgages, taxes, maintenance, etc. Will review documents in order to assist the home buyer in understanding them. Will also review loan documents to check for any potential predatory lending issues.
