CDS promotes independence, self-determination, self-advocacy and community inclusion through training, education, and personal assistance. CDS offers the following programs: Supported Living and Waiver Services, Adult Day Services, Career Planning/Employment Support, Independent Life Skills Development/Payeeships, Non-Medical Transportation, and Creative Housing.
