Offers a searchable database for law enforcement agencies in Summit County of registered individuals who have difficulty communicating and may become lost. Caregivers may register a photo, identifying characteristics and contact information for individuals who have difficulty communicating including persons with autism, non-verbal individuals with developmental or cognitive disabilities and older adults with dementia or Alzheimer's. In the event that a registered individual is lost or separated from their caregiver, law enforcement agencies in Summit County can use the database to assist them in returning the registered individual home.
