Referral forms can be obtained from the SATC located on the 3rd floor of the Richland County Courthouse and must be completed for all referrals.

Provides a Substance Abuse Treatment Court (SATC) to utilize court services to identify non-violent male and female felony offenders with substance abuse problems and offer immediate and individualized treatment services to rehabilitate these individuals, ultimately decreasing criminal activity within the community and the need for imprisonment. SATC is a highly structured program that focuses on responsibility and accountability.
