Serves veterans in cuyahoga county with school age dependents. Income must be below 250% of the Fedeal Poverty Limits (FPL).

Required documents

Ohio Driver License or State ID. Proof of Cuyahoga County Residency for 90 days. Honorable Discharge (DD214). Social Security Cards/Birth Certificates/Custody. Proof of Household Monthly Gross Income. Bank Activity for The Last 60 Days. School Registration for each dependent. School Supply List for each dependent.
