Provides trained volunteers advocate for the best interests of children whose parents have become involved with Allen County Children Services due to issues of abuse, neglect, or dependency. Advocates research the situation, interview family, and then prepare a report for the Juvenile Court Judge regarding placement and treatment of the child.
