- Serves residents age 18 years and older of Carroll and Tuscarawas counties labeled with a mental health diagnosis, a past or present consumer of mental health servcies, or a support person for someone dealing with mental health challenges.. - Must not be a threat to yourself or others. - Must follow all rules, guidelines and policies of ACE. - Must pay dues to be a member.
