Clients can receive food once every 2 months

- Photo ID - Proof of income. IF they have no income, they need a notarized paper stating they have no income for their first time there for the current fiscal year starting Jul 1 (even if they were there last month) - Social service referral preferred but not required (referral from caseworker or case manager must be on agency letterhead. If referrals is faxed it must arrive before the client) - If caller does not have a referral from caseworker or case manager an assessment will be completed on site
