Rent amount based on 30% of participants' adjusted annual income.

Eligibility

To enter the program, a potential participant must: -Have a high school diploma or GED -Be at least 18 years of age -Have primary custody of at least one child under the age of 18 -Be a part-time or full-time undergraduate student enrolled in an accredited institution in Ohio -Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0 -Have a household income less than 50% of the Area Median Income
