Offers free classes to prepare expectant couples emotionally and physically for the labor and birth process. Topics covered include exercises, nutrition, comfort measures, relaxation and breathing techniques, the role of the labor partner, and newborn and post-partum adjustment. Classes are offered virtually and in person.
