Adolescents ages of 10-17. Should not turn 18 years old before successful discharge. Must have an IQ 65 or higher. Does not accept sex offenders, major aggressive, or major violent offenders. Accepts LGBTQ+.
* Psychological evaluations/mental health history * IQ documentation and acadmic needs (such as IEP) * Medical history with applicable family history * Criminal history * Current reasons for seeking treatment, which may include an interview with child or request for more information * Admissions packet

Referrals are received through county children's services agencies/county department of job and family service agencies, other county agencies, other states, juvenile courts, private insurances, hospitals, individual psychiatrists, psychologists, and/or parents or guardians. Also receive referrals for out-of-state agencies through sister company called KidLink and/or directly.

Contracted with all Ohio Managed Care Organizations and a few commercial insurances. Call for more information.

Residential treatment center, designed to meet the needs of severely troubled adolescents struggling with behavioral, emotional and psychological problems. Programs and services include: * Visions Program - Mental health and substance use * Exploration Program - Diagnostic assessment * Passages Program - Trauma-focused treatment for females * Journeys Program - Sexual exploitation treatment for females * Pregnant Youth Treatment * Education
