Application process

  1. Pre-application required to join the wait list. When the waitlist is open, pre-applications may be completed online.
  2. Once selected from waitlist, a notice of invite to submit a full application will be sent to the applicant by mail.

Fee

Qualified households pay 30 percent of their gross income for rent. The program pays the remainder directly to the landlord under a specific contract. Tenants also pay any required security deposit.

Eligibility

Household income must be within the low-income limit set by HUD, which cannot exceed 80% of the median income for the area.
