The Complex Medical Help Program (CMH) assists Ohioans under the age of 25 with special health care needs. Our public health nurse helps Washington County families receive services from CMH-approved providers for diagnosis, treatment (if financially eligible) and services related to your child’s eligible medical condition.

Eligibility

Serves individuals age 25 years and younger with special health care needs (have or are at increased risk for a chronic physical, developmental, behavioral, or emotional condition and who also require health and related services of a type or amount beyond that required generally). Application is through a CMH-approved doctor/nurse practitioner or the Washington County Health Department CMH Nurse.
