Eligibility
- Professional medical staff gives every potential donor a medical screening examination and gathers medical history information.
- Plasma donors must be age 18 to 74 years old, weigh at least 110 pounds, be in good health, had no tattoos or piercings within the last four (4) months, meet eligibility and screening requirements, and have valid identification and a permanent address.
- Donors must wait 48 hours between donations.
Required documents
For first donation:
- Must complete an application and a screening interview.
- Must provide a valid form of photo ID, proof of residency, and proof of Social Security number.
