Children With Medical Handicaps (cmh) | Pickaway County Public Health

Children with Medical Handicaps (CMH) is a health care program for children ages birth-21 years. CMH links families of children with special health care needs to a network of providers and helps families obtain payment for the services their children need. Conditions that are eligible for the program include AIDS, cancer, cerebral palsy, cleft lip/palate, cystic fibrosis, diabetes, scoliosis, hemophilia, hearing loss, juvenile arthritis, metabolic disorders, and severe vision disorders.

The Pickaway County General Health District is a combined health district that services all townships, villages, and municipalities located in Pickaway County, Ohio. The health district administers programs for vital statistics, clinical health services, immunizations, BCMH, emergency preparedness, communicable disease reporting and investigation, food safety inspections, residential water and sewage regulation, solid waste management, nuisance investigation, and other public health services.
