- Must be HIV positive. - Must live in either Summit or Portage County.
For Self-Referrals, First Time Clients: - Verification of HIV positive status. - Verification of income (benefit letter or two (2) months of most recent pay stubs for all adults in the household). - Photo ID. For Referrals from Other Agencies, First Time Clients: - Agency representative must fax or email client's CANAPI Nutritional Program Referral form with attached verification of HIV positive status and income verification. May seek a referral through either Equitas Health or the C.A.R.E. Center. For Repeat Clients: - Photo ID.

- Referrals accepted via Unite Us. - Individuals may be referred by Equitas Health or another agency providing case management. Individuals may also visit the pantry without a referral if they bring all required documents. - Requested, but not required, that clients register online or by phone the Monday before the scheduled Thursday food pantry by 3:30pm. - Lactose intolerant and/or vegetarian individuals should contact CANAPI two (2) days before the next pantry date to receive dairy-free, high protein substitutes.

Hosts a bi-weekly organic food pantry for low-income, HIV positive individuals residing in Summit and Portage counties. Offers fresh and organic fruit, vegetables, and raw meat to take home and prepare meals. Provides recipes and tips on cooking to interested clients. Works to help recipients gain control of their health and manage their HIV infections through nutrition.

Advocates for the rights of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBTQ+) community. Provides HIV screening and testing, risk reduction counseling, and education. Provides housing and housing stability services for individuals who are living with HIV and LGBTQ+ youth. Offers community outreach and community referrals. Provides a nutrition program which includes a bi-weekly organic food pantry for low-income individuals living with HIV. Hosts seminars, educational meetings, and social events.
