Eligibility
- Serves residents of Summit County who are enrolled in SNAP, WIC, Medicaid, or TANF.
- Dogs must be under 50 lbs.
- Puppies must be at least three (3) months old.
- Kittens must weigh two (2) pounds or be at least three (3) months old.
- Limit two (2) pets per household, per visit.

Proof of eligibility (SNAP, WIC, Medicaid, or TANF) and a valid photo ID.
