Prenatal Outreach Program | Northeast Ohio Neighborhood Health Services
Provides specialized home-based prenatal services for mothers and their families. Nurses visit pregnant women in their homes during their pregnancy and after the birth to determine the client's needs and provide referrals. Also provided pregnancy prevention education in schools.

Eligibility
Women who are 18 years old or older, who are out of high school and are pregnant and/or parenting a child who is younger than 24 months old (younger than age 2). Must live in East Cleveland. Pregnancy prevention serves students in specified public schools within East Cleveland.
