Provides general library services without charge to all residents of Akron and Summit County including a variety of books, magazines, movies (DVDs and Blu-Rays), and digital media. Provides free wi-fi internet access available to the public at all branches. Also provides mobile hotspot devices that can be borrowed for two (2) weeks at a time. Provides on-site Internet-enabled computers for public access.
