Examples of public health nuisances:
- Hazardous or infectious materials spilled or released.
- Illegal dumping or burning of waste.
- Presence or threat of contagious diseases.
- Infestations of rodents, insects, or other pests.
- Lack of sanitary plumbing or sewage treatment.
- No water supply.
