Nutrition And Transportation Program | Aids Taskforce Of Greater Cleveland
Provides a variety of food services for those with HIV/AIDS. Provides two grocery bags of non-perishable food, food supplements, special fortified frozen meal delivery (5-day supply delivered each week), and 7 day home-delivered maintenance meals for the homebound (1 hot/1 cold -diabetic and low-sodium accommodated). Offers transportation for medical HIV-related appointments and nutrition counseling.

Varies: days, evenings and weekends. Fortified frozen meals are delivered once per week. Hot/cold meals are delivered as often as 5-7 days per week, including weekends and holidays. Office hours M-F: 9:00am-5:00pm.

In order to receive these services, will have to become a client of the AIDS Taskforce. Phone main office for phone interview and intake appointment.

Eligibility
For food pantry: those with HIV living in Greater Cleveland. Client may receive 2 bags of food once per month. For fortified frozen meal delivery or hot meals, client must be at risk of wasting as evidenced by a physician's script and client must be homebound.
