Non Intensive Outpatient Treatment - Chemical Dependency - Youth | Crossroads Health
Provides a non intensive afternoon and early evening outpatient treatment program for youth with substance use disorder. This service is for clients who are either stepping down from a more intensive treatment program and/or those who have been assessed to not be in need of a more structured, intensive treatment program. Clients receive counseling in individual, group, and/or family/caregiver sessions. Psychiatric and mental health services may be included if needed. Provides counseling for youth with substance use disorder. Separate sessions for family members may be provided to help them understand the client's addiction and understand the treatment that is being provided.

Phone for an appointment M-F: 9:00am-5:00pm or email anytime. In most cases, new clients will receive a substance use disorder assessment to determine the level of service needed (agency will accept recent assessments from outside agencies).

Eligibility
Youth age 13 through 19 years old who have substance use disorders; may also have a mental health diagnosis.
