Application process

Call for information. For transportation services you must call 48 hours in advance and state estimated length of stay.

Fee

Call for any fees depending on services. No fees for transportation services.

Eligibility

Must be age 60 or old, not eligible for PASSPORT Waiver services. Must be a Richland County resident. For transportation services must have no other transportation options or ability to self pay.
